We obtain information about you through the means discussed below when we provide the Buddey Services. Please note that we need certain types of information so that we can provide the Company Services to you. If you do not provide us with such information, or ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use the Company Services. Personal Data about you that we will collect includes but not limited to name, identification number, date of birth, nationality, address, telephone number, bank details, credit card details, race, gender, marital status, resident status, financial background, personal interests, email address, your occupation, any information about you which you have provided to Company in registration forms, application forms including but not limited to information about you which you may have already provided, stored and processed by Company.

Process exchanges or product returns; for the purposes of engaging you to provide services or products;
Facilitate or enable any checks as may be required by the Company in order to engage you;
