1. Product Search and Purchase

• All sales are final.
• Carefully read product listings, including descriptions, prices, and shipping details.
• Check seller ratings and reviews to assess their reliability.
• Use secure payment methods and only make payment on the platform.
• Keep records of your transactions for reference.

2. Seller feedback

• Leave honest and constructive feedback after a transaction to help others make informed decisions.
• Avoid using feedback to harass or defame others.

3. Reporting violations

• Report any suspicious or prohibited listings to the platform's support team.
• Report users who engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4. Communication

• Use the platform's messaging system for communication with sellers or buyers.
• Be respectful and professional in your interactions.
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate messages.

Buyers

Payment

• To confirm your order, all payments must be processed exclusively through bucketlis.com.
• This ensures a secure and verified transaction process, safeguarding both buyers and sellers.

Order Confirmed

• All sales are final.
• Buyer is responsible to thoroughly review item listed and considering any reviews and feedback of the Seller and ensure that the item meet satisfaction before making payment.
• Order is confirmed when payment is made and receipt issued.
• Seller is encouraged to shipped item within 2 days from payment date.

Order Complete

• Order to be marked as complete when item is received by Buyer.
• After Order Complete, if the Buyer did not received order, he must inform Team bucketlis.com within 24 hours for the team to investigate the transaction and assist on the purchase issue.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are listed and to be added to the price amount for payment on the platform.

Time to shipped required

• Within 2 days to prepare and shipped items.
• Delivery time depends on the distance of the Receiver locations (typically 1 week to 4 weeks)

Return policy

• If Buyer did not received shipping update after 2 days from payment, Buyer must contact Team Bucketlis within 7 days.
• Item marked Order Complete but Buyer did not received, Buyer must contact Admin within 24 hours for investigation.

Sellers

Pricing

• Seller is responsible to ensure the pricing of item is able to cover all direct and indirect costs in ensuring Order Complete.
• Minimum pricing of item starts from RM10.
• All item listed is subject to platform fee 5% or minimum RM5 whichever higher will apply.

Seller Payment settlement

• Order to be marked as Complete and not under any pending review.
• Upon requests the settlement days may take up to 10 days to complete(exclude non-banking days and public holiday).

Time to shipped required

• Seller is encouraged to shipped items out within 2 days from Order Confirmed.
• Order Confirmed refers to Buyer has made payment.

Platform fee

• The platform fee is 5% or minimum RM5 whichever higher will be applied on item price.
• Final settlement amount will deduct the platform fee.
• The platform fee is based on the item price only.
